Switch Kit-Personal

Switching is Easy. 

Use the switch kit to set up or transfer your automatic deposits and payments—and close your old account(s).

Follow these easy steps to make the switch:

STEP 1:

Visit a Mohave State Bank branch to meet with a personal or business banker.
Our bankers will assist you step-by-step. They will evaluate your needs to find the solution that best fits your needs. Our bankers will assist you with filling out forms and any needed calls to depositors, companies or organizations.

STEP 2:

Balance your old account, and stop using the account.

STEP 3:

Switch your automatic deposits.
  • Complete the Automatic Deposit Change form for each deposit.
  • Use this form to notify your merchant credit card processor or other regular depositors with your new Mohave State Bank account numbers.

    • STEP 4:

    Redirect your automatic and online payments.
  • Complete the Automatic Payment Change form for any automatic withdrawals or payments.
  • Use this form to notify any company or organization that makes automatic withdrawals from your account.

    • STEP 5:

    Close your old account(s)
  • Complete the enclosed Account Closing Request form to notify your old bank on how and where to send a check for any remaining balance.
